In this context, co-founder York von Pannwitz gives up his function as managing partner of Finch Properties Asset Management GmbH &amp; Co. KG.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, York von Pannwitz founds Starling Real Estate Asset Management, an independent company that focuses consistently on the operative asset management of properties.
