Finch Properties focusses on converting upside potentials into sustainable values. Our strengths are diligent deal sourcing and a transparent management team that assumes responsibility. The platform consists of three pillars: Capital-, Investment- & Asset Management.

Capital Management

Jointly with our partners, we design tailor-made capital structures for institutional investors, such as insurance companies, pension funds or family offices. Ranging from German closed-end special AIFs in the form of the investment limited partnerships to Luxembourg structures as well as domestic and foreign SPVs, structural solutions cover all established vehicles.

Investment Management

The investment process is consistently accompanied by Finch Properties. This ranges from deal sourcing through to the definition and implementation of specifically targeted property strategies. Tailor-made investment structures and vehicles are being created together with selected partners to fulfil the specific investor needs. Finch Properties is fully aligned with the projects as a co-investor.

Asset Management

Throughout the holding phase up until a potential exit, we are managing properties with a strict focus on the respective value drivers. Asset strategies are implemented in a disciplined manner, thereby we are happy to be measured by our success.

Strategies

In line with two clearly defined strategies, we invest in office assets, while being sensitive to risks and opportunities. Finch Properties is fully aligned with each project in its role as a co-investor.

Creation
of Core

We convert properties with a need for optimisation into stabilised core assets. Inefficient cost structures, leases below market rents as well as vacancies represent upside potentials, which we realise through our active asset management and strategic exit timing.

Income
Producing

The acquisition of stabilised assets is always preceded by an intensive analytical process. We employ a research driven approach in identifying and acquiring income producing properties. These assets are being held for the medium- to long term, while thoroughly monitoring their performance. That is why we are able to anticipate risks as well as opportunities at an early stage and address these accordingly.
