Cologne, 1 February 2022 – Finch Properties will further strengthen its investment division in the future. In this context, the takeover of the shares in Finch Properties Assets Management GmbH & Co. KG as strategic asset manager as well as the takeover of the shares in the capital management company Finch Properties Investment GmbH by the co-founder and future sole shareholder, Achim Tillmann. In this context, co-founder York von Pannwitz gives up his function as managing partner of Finch Properties Asset Management GmbH & Co. KG.

At the same time, York von Pannwitz founds Starling Real Estate Asset Management, an independent company that focuses consistently on the operative asset management of properties. This company will continue to support Finch Properties in the management of its properties, but will also offer its services to third parties in the future.
